How to do a factory reset on the Airport Express-N
Authored by: barefootguru on Wed, Jun 4 2008 at 9:27PM PDT
I too had to call Apple support to reset my 'n' which was acting flakey. I had to follow that procedure PLUS run an ethernet cable direct from the AirPort Express to my Mac.

I've since sent it in for repairs: it was still dropping the Internet connection every few days (the 'g' unit it replaced was fine): local traffic was fine, cable modem was fine, but nothing was getting out.
