Last night I sent a nice polite email to support@irisusa.com (even though I'm in Japan) and included the top part of my registration email including my customer number, and they emailed me the ftp link this morning.

That said, their policy to hide any software updates from their own paying customers may well be reducing piracy...simply because it makes the company look inept and the software less worth pirating to begin with. A fiendishly clever strategy!
