Silence certain iPhone spam callers forever

I did this on my Samsung SCH-A990 using an mp3 I recorded of silence, but I don't have trouble with spammers. My trouble is repeated wrong numbers. I have 4 entries in my contact list with all the numbers filled in each of all the people who always misdial my number. Works great. Now if I can stop dialing wrong numbers and keep my contacts up to date, I'll fix this problem the other way around!
