I just add my phone number to the national do not call list, obviously only works for US phone users. But on the rare occasion after adding my number I do get an unsolicited call (happens maybe 2-3 times a year) I let the caller know I am on the list and if they call back I will report them, they never call back.

Wish they had something like this for spam email :(
