Choose storage destination for iTunes' Convert feature

I never knew about that keyboard shortcut, probably because it is one of the few that doesn't change in real time (i.e. by pressing option after selecting the menu). Apple should change that inconsistency with the rest of the OS (try pressing option with a Finder menu active to see what I mean).
