Third-Party: Alarm Clock 2
Apple: Time Machine / Keychain (used to force Screensaver, used to use AS) / AppleScript / iChat / Keyboard Layout I use the character palette a lot & Japanese keyboard / Clock (widest item currently active "HH:MM") - Users - Spotlight

Same rule applies to my Dock: Bare minimum, if I don't use it within the week, it's out.
