Or you can simply go to Window>Activity (Option+Cmd+A), look through the list of page elements until you find the appropriate one (MySpace music is usually several MB and increments slowly) and double-click on it. This will open a new window or tab with a Quicktime player. Once the song has finished loading you can save it as source.
This also works for Flash Video (.flv) and various other elements that are not easily saveable.
