In Windows this isn't needed. Apple by default installs a task bar icon(those things next to the clock) that will quickly let you switch back to OS X. It looks like a grey diamond. When you click it (right or left click) there is an option to restart in mac os x. This only didn't work for me when I had Refit installed.

Or use rEFIt, its the best way to choose your boot any time.
