I agree, this hint is lame... on several levels.

Besides the problems mentioned above... and,
even assuming it wasn't a bad idea (which it is),
the author didn't bother to describe **HOW**
to add oneself to the wheel group. Some hint!

Actually, I did. See the link that points to a detailed hint on where to get the modern GUI tools to replace netinfo.app
