Generally, in Leopard, if you look at a Bonjour user via the Finder's left pane (under "Shared"), and the Bonjour computer has Screen Sharing enabled, the regular "connect as..." button says, "Share Screen..." instead. Clicking the button opens them via Screen Sharing app.
