I was looking for something like this; however I didn't know about the VNC URL, so I went to automator and created a new recording and:
selected finder in the dock;
selected the computer I wanted to screen share with in the finder window that popped up;
selected screen share;
stopped the recording.

I then sped this recording up 10x, and saved it as an application, and added a quicksilver hot key.

Not as elegant as dragging a VNC URL to the desktop, but it worked.
