It's asinine to have an NDA on an SDK. That's Microsoftian. Toss the tea!

Do you really think that any component of the now-publicly-released SDK -- which has been downloaded (and therefore disclosed) over 100,000 times -- could still possibly be considered to be subject to a Non-Disclosure Agreement?
