I have also noticed the prompt asking you to change the prefix back to what the IMAP server suggests. Unfortunately, in my server I have a few IMAP shared folders (outside my mailbox) that become invisible if I set the prefix. So far I keep denying the change every time it asks, but I would love to find a way to make it stop. Maybe it's time to go hunting in the server to see where the setting is kept (I'm also using Courier IMAP).
