10.5: A fix for Mail.app not showing IMAP sub-mailboxes

Any suggestion for the migration of mailboxes in mac mail with the user using pop access to an exchange server? These local mailboxes are being copied over but not recognized from Tiger to Leopard. I am having to import each MBOX file seperately. Help?
