I've contacted their support numerous times trying to get a Universal Binary version of 11.x, I have purchased the 11.x prior to it being Universal. I've never gotten an appropriate response! I've sent them my license keys, etc. They won't give me anything without an INVOICE. Honestly the WORST customer service interaction I've ever had. I can post their pathetic email responses for those who are really interested in seeing.
