Rip enhanced CDs with help from Disk Utility

This hint looks like it is just a symptom of this bug: http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?threadID=1274987. (also appears several other places; no useful feedback from Apple yet.)

On Tiger, I never had any problems with importing enhanced CDs. This Leopard bug dismounts the audio partition - but not the data one, which is why it appears to be an issue with enhanced CDs. I suspect that anyone experiencing this problem is also experiencing issues with regular CDs.

Granted, the only confirmed fix for the problem right now is manually remounting the CD - either with Disk Utility or the eject key.

Rip enhanced CDs with help from Disk Utility

I am releasing my own CD, and it is also enhanced, but when I insert it into my Mac, it doesn't 'autorun' - the CD authoring guy said Apple removed this function from OS X about a year ago. Anyone else experience this? Apparently in PCs, it autoruns (a html graphic comes up automatically - no need to browse folders).
