The free BetterZip quick look plug-in is really nice. While I was testing it, I realized if you had a quick look preview showing, then used your mouse to highlight another file, quick look will change to showing you the new file.

That's how I quick-look a whole bunch of things in list view. Highlight top item, space to quick-look, then arrow down to suit. If you want to move alphabetically, tab to next item.
