Setting a keyboard shortcut for showing package contents is documented.

The key is that in Leopard, it is now possible to use keyboard shortcuts to active some menu items that previously were only accessible by opening the menu first (which was pretty useless). The "print to pdf" keyboard shortcut hint was another example of this.
