Save Safari-loaded password-protected PDFs

Remember that password protection for pdfs is apple trying to bullshit you. As long as you know the password for the pdf, these restrictions are artificially imposed by apple because they think their users need a nanny. If you know the password, you can do anything you like to a pdf (whether you are allowed to is a different question, but that's not up to apple to decide).

Any sensible browser (except maybe Safari) will let you download and save whatever pdf you like, and you can use pdftk for instance to remove the "password protection" and tell apple f*** you, you ain't bullshitting me :)
