Set the Gmail IMAP prefix for better Mail.app usage

I think this happens if you set your default language in gmail to anything other than English (US). Once you set it to English (US), the Google Mail folder disappears. I set it to English (UK) as my default language to force gmail to use the older web interface instead of the newer one each time I logged in as the newer interface has a major problem with the contact list when you would want to compose a new mail.
