Actually, the feature exists also in 10.4. I don't recall if the option-click thing works, but you can add a Resume at page... button by customizing the toolbar.

Just right-click (or control-click) the toolbar and drag the desired button to the place you want it to be in the toolbar.

Only problem, it has the same icon as the normal Resume button.
