Set the Gmail IMAP prefix for better Mail.app usage

About subscribing specific folders:
Apparently there is a window for that: right click on the label of you gmail account in the hierarchy and choose "Account Info" at the bottom. But strangely it doesn't show any folders I can or not subscribe. Does same for 2 differents IMAP accounts I have, one is not gmail.
