Where is Screen Sharing -> Preferences?

I cannot find that anywhere?

If you go to System Preferences -> Sharing -> Screen Sharing -> Computer Settings. There is no encrypt all option?

run /System/Library/CoreServices/Screen Sharing.app
then go to preferences and encrypt all.
