You mention that Web View is also available in Pages, but I don't see this (no Web View option in the 'Insert' menu, and no mention of this in the Help).

Correct, the reference to "Pages" shouldn't be in there. Web Views and Smart Builds are Keynote features.

Web Views and Smart Builds may also be supported in Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger in Keynote iWork '08
