Changing full screen window size?

I noticed this some time ago, but I still have one qualm about it: I haven't yet found a way to make the window frame move with the zoom. Which makes the feature much less useful.
I sent Apple feedback on the matter, but does anyone know of another little shortcut that makes that frame zoom with the document?
