Hi Coumerelli,

I asked myself the same question after playing around with this a bit ;)

In the end, after non of the usual key combinations seem to work, I opened the

com.apple.ScreenSharing.plist

where you can edit/delete the "SavedComputers" entries.

Hope this helps.
