A couple minor things:

"command-equals" might make more sense as "command-plus" (command-plus zooms in, command-minus zooms out.
in Safari 3 (and I think 2) you can use the same commands to "zoom" in or out (actually it just makes the font size larger or smaller)

Is it just me? But this seems to work only in Quick Look's full-screen mode. But hey -- this is great! It makes Quick Look even more useful than it already was.
