10.5: Modify the appearance of certain Mail stationery

What I'd like to know is if there is a way to set up your own templates? I might want one with a company logo that follows the look of the company's actual stationary, for instance. I can write HTML, and I assume the templates exist somewhere as HTML Web Archives or something, along with a plist I would guess?

I would think there might also be a market for selling templates, or maybe a Web site for exchanging interesting templates.
