Please guys, for all of you experiencing problems with the MM right click, I'd suggest reading sfgecko hint. It worked with me! No more problems with MM right click. Really, really usefull. Thank you sfgecko!

Is your index finger touching the left button? If so, then the right-click does not work. Your index finger must be completely off the left button for the right click to work, otherwise the right-click registers as a left click."
