I think that this is pretty useless. The quick look folder contains a small thumbnail, it is not even readable when zoomed. At least on the couple of test documents I have tried.

Sorta, kinda.

I tried this on a Numbers documents. Yes, the PDF was useless for reading BUT it was possible to copy and paste the text. There weren't any tabs to separate the cell contents but the datums were there.

I suppose this could be useful but not nearly as usefull as an exported document.
