Increase frequency of Mac to MobilMe/iPhone synch

I can't find the file path explained in the original hint:

~/Library » Preferences » ByHost » com.apple.DotMacSync.your_MAC_address.plist.

I need to up the push frequency to test an IM solution I'm developing.

I'm using a jailbroken 1st gen iphone 2.1

Any ideas on where this cursed file resides?
