What's /usr/X11/X11.app? That seems strange, I wouldn't expect a .app to be in /usr/X11. The default location for X11 should be /Applications/Utilities. FWIW my unmodified plist file says /usr/X11/libexec/x11-exec instead, and has no trouble with the -launchd option.
