10.6: View full screen Quick Look via the keyboard System
Pressing Option-Space pulls up the full-screen Quick Look view in Finder under Snow Leopard. This may be documented somewhere, but I haven't been able to find it.

[robg adds: It's documented if you hold down the Option key and look at the File menu. With the Option key down, Quick Look (selection) becomes Slideshow (selection).]

This isn't only in Snow Leopard -- works as described here in 10.5.8.

Not for me it doesn't. 10.5.8. Highlight a JPG file on the desktop and press [space] provokes regular Quick Look behaviour. opt-[space] deselects the JPG and highlights the file on the Desktop whose name comes first alphabetically.

Unless you're referring to the File > Quick Look "your file" which has the shortcut cmd-Y. Pressing opt-cmd-Y from the keyboard does go to slideshow mode.

Just FYI, you can also use the 2 finger pinch on the trackpad when QuickLook(ing) to go to full screen and back as well ...

It should be noted that this appears to be a Finder-only feature. It does not work (or simply has not been implemented) in several other Apps that support QuickLook (Path Finder, FileSpot, Yep).
