10.5: Use Quick Look to view multi-sheet Excel files Apps
If you have an Excel document with multiple sheets, Quick Look will let you view all of them. A bar at the bottom of the window, but inside the "QuickLook" area, shows the name of each sheet.

It isn't immediately apparent, because the QuickLook arrows don't show up to let you flip through the sheets; look just above that area, however, to see the sheet selection bar, from which you can choose a sheet with a mouse click.

It looks very apparent to me - there are (eg) 3 tabs, Sheet1, Sheet2, Sheet3, large as life at the bottom, regardless of whether you mouse over or not...

Perhaps the visualisation is version dependent? I was trying with Office 2004 Mac version of Excel.

!!

Didn't know Quicklook could open Excel-sheets for me at all - now that suddenly became a major feature in Leopard! Delicious!

That's great, as I don't have a copy of Excel on my machine. But how can I print it out?

Assuming you don't have Numbers (part of the iWork package), you've already used up the iWork 30-day trial, and you don't want to buy MS Office?

Use NeoOffice or OpenOffice.
