Change QuickTime Player's full screen viewing options Apps
When viewing a video in full screen mode in QuickTime Player (Command-F), you have a few options on how the video is presented. Command-3 will fit to screen, Command-4 will fill the screen, and Command-5 will put the video into panoramic mode.

[robg adds: These features have been in QuickTime Player for a while -- my 10.4.10 box is running QuickTime 7.3, and I have them -- but many people (based on the feedback on the queue site) weren't aware of them. You can also access the menu bar while in full screen mode by simply moving the mouse into the menu bar area.]

Thanks for the tip. Is there any way to swap the fullscreen video on the primary display to the secondary with a keyboard shortcut?

What annoys me about QuickTime 7.3 is that they removed the "sideways scroll to adjust volume" feature -- now both horizontal AND vertical scrolling do the exact same thing (= slide through time).
