Upload to Flickr from Adobe Lightroom Apps
If you are using Adobe's Photoshop Lightroom for editing your images, and using Flickr as your photo sharing service, there is no direct way to upload your images. The easiest way I found is to export using Flickr Uploadr (Flickr login required).

In the Lightroom Preferences, change your Additional External Editor to Flickr Uploadr. (Don't worry, your option to edit in Photoshop won't be affected.) When you finish editing, export your image(s) from the File menu or from the Navigator. In the Post-processing option at the bottom of the export page, choose Flickr Uploadr as the performed action. Press Export, and the images will come up in your Flickr Uploadr application. Now they're ready to be exported to Flickr!

Notice that your Keywords will not be exported and that you cannot export with 'Edit in Flickr Uploadr' option in Photo menu, because it will try to send Tiff images, and it just won't work.

You can also use PictureSync (which I develop, and supports many services in addition to Flickr); see here for usage with Lightroom.

Upload to Flickr from Adobe Lightroom (1.1)

@ Sam; Drag and drop only works if your images are unedited JPEGs, if you want dynamically applied edits that are stored in Lightroom's database to be uploaded, you must Export.

A quick update on PictureSync— it now installs an export preset for use with Photoshop Lightroom v1.1 which has new Export behaviours, this makes uploading as simple as right-clicking and choosing PictureSync.
