Um, no. This hint is about changing iTunes 7 icons. The things you listed are about changing iTunes 7 UI widgets back to aqua.

There is a really nice black icon at iconfactory. I think it's just called Black iTunes.

It's even easier this way:

Take an iTunes 6 Installer package, right-click on it, select "show package contents", open the "Contents" folder, drag the file "Archive.pax.gz" to your Finder desktop, double-click it and it will be unpacked in two steps. In the newly created folder "Archive" you'll find an "Applications" folder an in that there's "iTunes". Select it, get Info on it, click the icon in the info window, press Apple-c to copy it, locate iTunes 7 in your applications folder, select it, get Info on it, click the icon in the info window, press Apple-v to paste the green icon. That's it. The new icon will show in the dock the next time you start iTunes after restarting the dock (logout an back in or "killall Dock" in the Terminal).

You have all mis-understood this hint.

With the installation of iTunes 7, all files that are associated with iTunes 7 (e.g. aac files) have blue-themed icons, rather than the previous green ones.

Following this hint will not only revert the iTunes icon to one with a green music note, but it will also revert all files associated with iTunes to having green-themed icons.

Unfortunately, if you update iTunes 7, the icons will revert to blue, so you'll have to follow this hint each time iTunes is updated.

No need for Pacificst (ie no need to part with $$$) - just either use the "Go to Folder..." menu in the Finder (since the hint gives the folder names) or just use the Terminal (it's not that scary to learn ls and cd)
