These are both very cool solutions (and this is something I've been trying to solve). However, I use both PCs and Macs at work, so the solution proposed in the first comment is much better for me.

Apple provides Bonjour for Windows as a download, so using this method, I should be able to reach my iTunes music from my PC at work. Zerospan unfortunately requires both "ends" to have the software installed, which is Mac only.

Couldn't get this application to work, it ust say's starting up...and never continues on from there.

You can also accomplish this for free using SlimServer http://www.slimdevices.com/pi_features.html
you dont need their player to accomplish the task..even though it is a nice appliance.

I updated the hint, because as of version 1.33, no Address Book tweaking is necessary.
