For that cool little featue, you don't even need a SE phone.
The proximity sensor works just fine with any bluetooth-enabled phone.

Just the other cool stuff definitely require a Txx.

My instance of applescript cannot find the ScreenSaverEngine shared dictionary automatically without browsing to it and selecting it manually. Regardless, I prefer the following. Here is the away action that occurs when my T68i leaves my laptop's proximity.

This program can be used to control ANYTHING that AppleScript can control. There are also menus to control iTunes, PowerPoint and Keynote. From your phone!

Since I play my music from my iPod and my library is on my home
computer I can't use iTunes. I went ahead and changed the scripts to
work with Audion like they do with iTunes(A much better mp3 player
than iTunes btw until they can at lease support mp3pro and let me play
directly from my iPod. I am not holding my breath on the last one).

Also since the screen saver only starts once you leave proximity, and it
only checks this periodically, it can take 30 seconds for this to activate
once I walk away, I wanted a more immediate activation, so I added
additional logic to the pause script such that if it is already paused when
I select it, it will automatically start the screen saver. So two pauses and
it starts.

There is another like program called "Romeo" with an ability to use the tip control on the T68i as a mouse on the Mac box. Pretty cool...
